The annual fee in Cyprus

						In accordance with the Company Law Act (Amendments) of 2024 N.25(I)/2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus on March 15, 2024, the annual fee of companies registered in the Registrar of Companies Register is canceled from 2024. 

 

 The Annual Levy for 2011-2023 continues to apply.
